When you contact us

When you call or email us, we receive your name, your contact details, and what you tell us. We use them only to answer you and arrange your stay. We do this because you asked us to, as a step before a booking. We delete messages when we no longer need them for this, unless the law requires us to keep them. Google provides our email service and stores these emails.

When you send a booking request or a question from this website, we receive the details you enter. A messaging service delivers them to our team. We keep these messages for 12 months, then delete them.

When you visit this website

Vercel hosts this website. To send you each page, its servers receive your IP address and details of your browser. We need this data to show you the website. Vercel may process this data outside the European Union, with the safeguards that EU law requires.

The website saves your language in a cookie, so the next page opens in the same language. The website sets no other cookies.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and measure how fast pages load. They set no cookies and do not identify you. We have a legitimate interest in keeping the website useful and fast.

The map on our contact page

The contact page shows a Google Maps map. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google. Google receives your IP address and may set cookies. Google's privacy policy applies to this data.

Booking services

Links to Booking.com and Szallas.hu take you to those services, where their privacy rules apply. When you book through one of them, it sends us the details we need for your stay.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your data, to limit how we use it, or to give it to you in a common format. You can also object to how we use it. Write to us at the email address above.

If you think that we misuse your data, you can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, NAIH (naih.hu).
